This is ONLY for students who have NOT yet handed it in. The instructions NEED to be followed EXACTLY.
Good copy - MUST be done with a ruler - MUST have dimensions AND area written in cm (ex. 6cm x 3cm = 18cm2) - MUST include prices next to the rug - MUST add ALL prices up on the back side and give me a TOTAL COST in $ - MUST decorate rugs I am grading your understanding of concepts and relationships for area and measurement. As well as addition of the prices. Pricing is as follows: - Perfect Square (3x3) = $12 455 - Rug with dimensions 1x ___ = $2 640 - Rug with an area of 35 + = $10 370 - Same #s in their dimensions (ex: 8cm x2cm and a rectangle of 2cm x 8cm). They are sold TOGETHER for $8 820. If you only have one rug that is 8x2 it will be sold for $4 410. - If you have a rug that is a perfect square AND an area that is greater than 35 (ex 6cm x 6cm = 36cm2) than price it at $12 455 because it is worth more as a perfect square.
